ACH Deposit / Withdrawal Status

Deposits and withdrawals share a single status lifecycle. Terminal states are marked below.

status	Terminal	Meaning
initiated	no	Row created locally, awaiting the provider.
pending	no	Accepted by the provider; ACH processing.
pending_review	no	Velocity/risk hold (not an error).
completed	✅	Funds settled.
failed	✅	Rejected; error has the reason.
canceled	✅	Canceled before settlement.
returned	✅	Settled then returned.
